Shipping and delivery
At Norma Denmark, we endeavor to send your goods the same day if you order before 12. However, since we hand cut and sew all our products in our own sewing room, during busy periods there may be a delivery time of approx. 2-3 days. If the item is sold out, we will contact you and the delivery time will therefore be longer. Shipments to Bornholm and smaller Danish islands may take a little longer - typically an extra day. We ship goods with DAO and GLS.
Should there be delays at DAO and GLS, Norma Denmark cannot be held responsible for it.

Norma Denmark offers free shipping for purchases over DKK 499.00. If your purchase is below this amount, shipping costs DKK 39.00.
We are in favor of sustainability - ecology, and of course also environmentally friendly packaging, so we recycle everything we can.
The payment is only withdrawn when the item has been dispatched from our warehouse
Reservations are made for out-of-stock items, price and printing errors. Should there be an error, we will contact you.
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal - valid from the day you as the buyer receive the item. See more under the menu item Return and exchange of goods.
You have a duty to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received. You must bear the costs associated with returning the item yourself.
