GENERAL
The sales and delivery conditions below apply to all deliveries from Norma Denmark.

Conditions apply in cases where no other written agreements have been entered into between you as the buyer and Norma Denmark. If there are descriptions and user instructions for the product, these are included with the delivery from Norma Denmark.

If you want information and guidance or advice from Norma Denmark, this is indicative and we refer to suppliers of raw materials etc.

Sale and discount

Norma Denmark produces in limited quantities and there will never be more than 100 pieces. of every style, especially the base series. In some productions there are 20 pieces. and others more or less. This means that you, as a customer, are always sure that it is a unique product, and that there is only what is in stock or what is in the raw material warehouse for production.

This also means that there are no sales and goods are not discounted.

Credit

Norma Denmark does not work with credit solutions.

Jurisdiction and choice of law

Any dispute between the buyer and Normadenmark.dk - including the interpretation of Norma Denmark's trading terms and conditions - will be decided by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen in accordance with Danish legislation with Danish as the valid language.

Personal information / security

To shop on our webshop, you as a buyer must register with the following information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. The information is registered with Norma Denmark and transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form. Our shop has, according to the Accounting Act, the duty to store the information for 5 years, after which it is deleted. In addition, we register the IP address from which purchase is made. When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

Information submitted to Norma Denmark is not passed on or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

As registered with Norma Denmark, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to us via e-mail: info@normadenmark.dk

No personal information registered on Normadenmark.dk is transferred, sold or otherwise made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is only accessible to trusted employees at Norma Denmark.

RETURN & EXCHANGE OF GOODS
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at www.normadenmark.dk

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you;

have received your item
takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time. If the package is returned to us due to non-collection, we reserve the right to charge a fee of NOK 49

If you, the buyer, regret it after the 14 days, normadenmark.dk will not exchange or return the item.

We process all returns within 2-5 business days of receipt.

Return of goods

We will refund all returned items and if you want a different size, please place a new order. This ensures faster delivery to you and you do not run the risk that the item is sold out in the meantime.

If you wish to return an item purchased at Normadenmark.dk, you must send the item back as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the item. You yourself bear the expenses in connection with sending your item back to us. Remember to attach the invoice you received with the purchase and note which items you are returning and want the money back for.

We encourage you to return the goods as insured parcel post. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

(Note! We do not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery without distribution or the like.)

Refund of the purchase amount

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund the price of the product, but not the delivery costs associated with it. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. We carry out such a refund with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. When the item has been received by us and we make sure it is in the same condition as if you had tried it on in a physical store, you will get your money back.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store and so it can be sold again.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipment of goods takes place with DAO or GLS and delivery time and transport delivery of goods from Norma Denmark is considered to have taken place when the buyer has received the goods. Delivery time is 1-3 days. The risk for goods purchased from Norma Denmark passes to you as the buyer at the time of delivery.

Complaints - Any errors or deficiencies in the delivery of goods from Norma Denmark must be demonstrated immediately after the error has been registered. It is your duty as a buyer to indicate and, on request, show how the error or deficiency manifests itself. If you discover an error, please contact info@normadenmark.dk

You can basically complain about faults that become apparent no later than two years after you have received the item. For goods with a limited lifespan, your right of appeal is limited to the shelf life period and which is indicated on the goods or by Norma Denmark. Norma Denmark provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance or violence. Complaints about faults and defects which should be discovered by usual examination of the goods must be notified to Norma Denmark within a reasonable time. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

Complain via the ODR consumer portal

If the buyer for one reason or another wishes to complain about NormaDenmark, this must be done via the EU's consumer portal ODR via this link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. However, we hope that you as a buyer will contact NormaDenmark at info@normadenmark.dk and that we can resolve any discrepancies together.
