It cares for and protects the skin against irritation and redness and without the use of chemicals or other harmful substances. Lille Kanin is both Swan and allergy-labelled, vegan and dermatologically tested, so you can use it on your child every day with a clear conscience. The cream keeps the skin dry by absorbing the moisture that comes from a wet nappy. In this way, the nappy changing cream prevents your child from getting a red and sore bottom. Must have at the changing table
